Ingredients

  • Vegetables: 1 large yellow bell pepper, 1 large orange bell pepper, 1 large red bell pepper, 1 cup broccoli florets, 1 cup cauliflower florets, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 1 cup baby carrots, 1 small cucumber, 6 8 sugar snap peas, 1/4 cup black olives (whole and sliced for decoration), 2 radishes
  • Dip: 1 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream), 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill, 1 garlic clove minced, salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
