13 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
14 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
15 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
16 - 1 garlic clove, minced
17 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, fresh dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly, cover, and refrigerate until serving.
02 - Wash and dry all vegetables. Slice bell peppers and cucumber into thin strips. Cut radishes into thin rounds.
03 - Place parchment paper with a seahorse outline on a large serving platter as a template for arrangement, if desired.
04 - Arrange sliced bell peppers on the platter to form the seahorse’s body and tail, alternating colors for a vibrant effect.
05 - Fill and contrast the body using broccoli and cauliflower florets placed strategically within the bell pepper arrangement.
06 - Scatter cherry tomatoes and baby carrots along the back and fins to enhance visual appeal with bright colors.
07 - Position cucumber rounds to form the seahorse’s belly and use radish slices for intricate detailing.
08 - Place a whole black olive as the eye and use sliced olives to add features or decorative bubbles around the figure.
09 - Distribute sugar snap peas and remaining vegetables around the seahorse to simulate seaweed.
