01 - 2 large orange carrots
02 - 2 large yellow carrots
03 - 2 large purple carrots
04 - 2 large red carrots (or additional orange/yellow if unavailable)

05 - 4 tall glasses
06 - Crushed ice (optional, for chilling and presentation)
07 - Fresh parsley or dill sprigs (optional)
# How to Make It:
01 - Wash and peel all carrots thoroughly.
02 - Slice carrots into uniform sticks approximately 4 inches long and ½ inch thick.
03 - Optionally place a layer of crushed ice at the bottom of each tall glass for crispness.
04 - Distribute an even mix of the colored carrot sticks upright in each glass.
05 - Decorate each glass with a sprig of fresh parsley or dill for aroma and color.
06 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
