  • Snow Topping: 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon matcha powder (for dusting)

Instructions

Prepare the Matcha Syrup:
In a small bowl, whisk together hot water, matcha powder, and granulated sugar until fully dissolved. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
Make the Mascarpone Cream:
In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks. In a separate bowl, gently blend mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined and fluffy.
Assemble the Cups:
Break ladyfingers in half if necessary to fit your serving cups. Briefly dip each ladyfinger in the cooled matcha syrup (do not soak), then arrange a layer at the bottom of each cup.
Add Cream Layers:
