Fig Brie Arugula Grilled Cheese (Printable Version)

# How to Make It:

01 - Spread one side of each slice of sourdough bread with softened unsalted butter.
02 - Place two bread slices butter-side down on a flat surface. Evenly spread 1 tablespoon of fig preserves on each slice.
03 - Layer sliced Brie cheese evenly over the fig preserves, followed by a generous handful of fresh arugula.
04 - Top each prepared piece with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
05 - Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium-low heat until warm.
06 - Place sandwiches onto the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until the bread is golden brown and the Brie has melted.
