Ingredients

  • Cheeses: 150 g sharp cheddar cheese, sliced into petals 150 g brie or camembert, cut into wedges 100 g goat cheese, rolled into small balls 100 g manchego or aged gouda, cubed
  • Fruits: 1 small bunch green grapes, halved 1 mango, sliced thinly 1/2 cup dried apricots 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • Nuts & Extras: 1/2 cup roasted almonds 1/2 cup pistachios, shelled 2 tbsp honey 1/4 cup fig jam
  • Crackers & Bread: 100 g water crackers 100 g seeded crispbread 1 small baguette, sliced

Instructions
