# How to Make It:
01 - Use a gingerbread man-shaped cookie cutter to cut shapes from each bread slice, yielding 12 cutouts.
02 - In a small bowl, blend cream cheese, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
03 - Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over 6 bread cutouts, then layer with apple or banana slices as desired.
04 - Top each layered cutout with a second bread shape to form sandwiches.
05 - Create faces by placing raisins, mini chocolate chips, or sprinkles on the sandwiches, pressing lightly to secure.
06 - Serve immediately or wrap and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
