08 - 15 milliliters milk (optional, to thin)

→ Dippers and Sides
11 - 1 cup baby carrots
12 - 1 cup cucumber slices
13 - 1 cup bell pepper strips
14 - 1 cup tortilla chips
# How to Make It:
01 - In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
02 - Evenly spread the dip onto a large round serving platter in a flat, uniform layer.
03 - Transfer 1/4 cup sour cream into a piping bag or zip-top bag. Snip a small corner and pipe concentric circles over the dip surface.
04 - Use a toothpick or skewer to drag lines from the center outward, creating a spiderweb design.
05 - Place whole black olives on the web as spider bodies. Arrange sliced olive rings around each body to form eight legs per spider.
06 - Place baby carrots, cucumber slices, bell pepper strips, and tortilla chips around the platter for dipping.
07 - Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
