02 - 1 ripe avocado

# How to Make It:
01 - Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispness.
02 - Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork until mostly smooth. Stir in the lemon juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
03 - Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread slices.
04 - Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously over the avocado spread.
